What Made 2025 Remarkable at Go Wombat

Our team has done a lot in 2025 and as we are coming to the end of the year we want to acknowledge all the remarkable things that have been accomplished. It has been a year of solid impact, great momentum, and fruitful collaboration. Basically, the team has done it all: from cutting-edge projects to deepening partnerships, getting ISO 27001 certified, and supporting the team’s and community development.
We not only increased our headcount but also our capabilities, ideas, and global footprint. It doesn’t matter if it was through business trips, community programs, or new client partnerships; every milestone made us more intelligent, ethical, and future-ready software developers.
We put together a recap of the people, the projects, and the progress that defined our year, as well as what we have planned for 2026.
Key Projects and Strategic Partnerships

In 2025, we were honoured to be a part of such a journey as we collaborated with companies across various industries that not only innovated but also sought to make a positive impact.
We were instrumental in the creation of sophisticated digital experiences that were not only smart but more human-centric, as it were, leveraging such technologies as Moxy Monitor, an elite performance tool used by Olympic athletes, and culture and workforce platforms like Talent Mapper and Cultural Calculator. The future of physical operations in construction, logistics, and maritime was bright with the digital transformation we brought to Opsima. @curate was a place for us to have a role in the media buying automation journey, while the FF Group utilised our proficiency in data-driven, cutting-edge solutions for traffic and parking. Through a partnership with Viggo, we did away with the traditional way of hotel guests' interaction, paving the way for smart AndroidTV solutions. Our squad did not limit itself to just these, but was engaged in talks and work on the revolutionising the gaming industry projects (Million Apps), vegan compliance (I'm Vegan), supply chain tech (Karry.ai), hardware security (Cybord), and consent management (Sourcepoint), to name a few.
Although some of the collaborations are secret due to NDA, every joint venture strengthened our conviction that technology could be a positive change agent. We are fortunate to be on these journeys together - aiding our partners in innovating, scaling, and leading their sectors.
We are proud not only of our clients and projects we are building together, but also about their continued success, among their clients, Nvidia, Danone, Dunelm, Siemens, Intel, CNN International and more. And as we look into the future year, we are happy not only for our upcoming achievements, but also for our clients' ensuing triumphs.
Conferences and Business Events
In 2025, we went out of our way to meet with innovators, clients, and partners not only in Europe but also in other parts of the world. Our business trips and attendance at conferences were a reflection of our eagerness to be an integral part of the AI, software, and digital transformation advancements.
Industry Conferences and Summits
World Football Summit (Madrid & Riyadh)
Our company members were among the network of world industry influencers whose actions would bring up-to-date football innovations — from performance tech to fan engagement tech.
Digital Marketing World Forum (Amsterdam)
As one of the forefront events for senior decision-makers and martech executives, we sipped the freshest marketing innovations at the World Marketing Technology Conference.
MCP Dev Summit Europe (London)
We entertained the future vision of AI agents and developers’ roles in technology through discussions at the conference.
DOU Marketing & Sales Day (Kyiv)
Interacting with the Ukrainian tech community, we exchanged ideas on both go-to-market strategies and B2B sales.
Valencia Digital Summit (VDS)
A team from our company was present at Spain’s leading global technology event that merges startups, corporates, and investors.
Business Trips and Meetups
- Partner and client meetings in London (twice), Riyadh and Amsterdam, which led to our working together in the long run.
- AI Meetup with Django Studio — a great time for learning about AI real-world applications and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Food Startup Jury in Copenhagen — our Partnership Lead, Oksana Shipilova, was invited to serve as a judge at the Danish Startup Group’s Food Startup Competition, encouraging early-stage founders addressing sustainability and innovation in the food sector.
We were able to grow through these events, which were just as important as putting them on the calendar. Moreover, the meetings were a great opportunity for us to co-think, share and form partnerships with the people who are the future of technology.
Team Learning and Development

At Go Wombat, we believe that innovation starts with people. This year, 11 new wombats joined our team, bringing fresh energy and ideas. With an average tenure of 4.3 years, our team blends experience with curiosity — and in 2025, we made it a priority to invest in both. From cross-office visits and collaborative learning sessions to regular AI workshops, we focused on fostering growth, connection, and a shared passion for building meaningful tech.
Cross-Office Visits and Knowledge Sharing
In 2024, our staff had the opportunity to move from one office to another, and as a result, they not only developed stronger personal relationships but also exchanged expertise and celebrated important milestones together. From the company anniversary events held in Valencia to the nice visits in Ivano-Frankivsk, these occasions helped to deepen our people-first culture and gave our teams that are spread out a sense of closeness like never before.
AI Knowledge Hub
This year was also the year when AI Talks was introduced — a brand-new internal series aimed at continuous learning. Team members meet every week to share the use of tools, to delve into new AI developments, and to exchange ideas in an open and very informal manner.
Internal Workshops and Lectures
Besides informal talks, we have also set up structured workshops and lectures that deal with the latest technology, such as agentic coding, browser tools for AI agents, and applied ML topics. These events are a way for our engineers and product teams to get new skills and fresh viewpoints that will help them to be still ahead in the rapidly changing environment.
Our culture of learning is actually very simple: always be curious, always be connected, and always keep building the future — together.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Social responsibility is deeply ingrained in our nature. This year, our main focus was on helping local communities, students, and people who are defending the future of Ukraine.
We did a great service by providing the botanical garden in Dnipro with the necessary equipment to help it modernise its operations. In addition, we started a collaboration with the participants of the Erasmus programme, thus creating a pathway for international students to get tech exposure through a real-world experience.
Our company, out of all kinds of initiatives, was most moved by the one which was initiated by our colleague, who is now in the Armed Forces. Based on his support insights, we equipped his unit with quick and easy-to-move FPV drone detection systems by funding the purchase of such devices. Thus, his team can be more secure and better informed about what is happening around them on the frontline. For us, this is not simply giving away — it is a tiny, yet very significant method of making a stand with those who guard us.
Security and Certifications Milestones
Another great achievement we have accomplished this year is receiving ISO 27001:2022. We see it as a major milestone that reflects our dedication to information security and data protection. Earning this globally recognised standard confirms that we have built robust systems in place to manage risks, protect client data, and preserve operational integrity and resilience.
This is a solid foundation for the next steps on our roadmap, which includes ISO 9001, ISO 27701, and SOC2. All of them are part of a long-term commitment to creating secure, reliable, and trustworthy software.
