Our sustainable development goals
As part of our focus on corporate social responsibility, we are seeking to contribute to more sustainable development in our communities and beyond.
We have taken up the UN sustainable development goals as a guide - showing us where we are already heading in the right direction and where we can do better.
Currently, we have policies in place that pertain to the following goals:

The main thrust of our business is dedicated to improving other organisations in various industries through innovative technologies. We are committed to the following ongoing actions:

Go Wombat offers opportunities for full and productive employment and decent work for women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value
Our upper-management and HR team ensure that labour rights are protected and promote a safe and secure working environment for all workers.
Career development
Our company supports the professional growth of employees. We promote youth employment, education and training through our Go Wombat Juniors mentorship programme. As a result, dozens of Wombats have gone from junior to middle and senior levels.
Not to mention, each employee can be partially reimbursed for educational expenses as well as for visiting international professional conferences.
