Every organisation has its own processes, policies, and peculiarities. After 8 years in the business – and adding more and more employees along the way – Go Wombat has also formed its own unique culture.

Our Wombats are friendly, transparent, and attentive to our clients and our co-workers. We are serious about our work, but we place a high value on family, play, and travel.

Workations

In addition to arranging time to work together as teams in other cities, Go Wombat has been able to embark on 2 company-wide workations. We enjoyed pleasant weather and each other’s company, all while continuing to get our jobs done.

Our first workation saw 40 employees and their families sharing various villas on the Adriatic coast of Croatia in May 2021. The following year the company-wide get-away took place in Miami Playa, where we rented 4 villas in the Catalonia region of sunny Spain. After each trip, our Wombats felt refreshed and closer-knit.

Visiting other offices

As part of the benefits package that all Wombats enjoy, employees have the opportunity to visit one of the other offices every 3 months. This gives us a chance to connect in person and see what our colleagues are up to in other corners of the continent.

Company dinners

We celebrate the highlights of the year with good food and some time to let loose together. Go Wombat organises festivities for the different offices for Christmas/New Year’s as well as our company anniversary. Wombat parties are known for their fun and inviting atmosphere.

Joint events

As we promote a family-friendly atmosphere, Wombats are encouraged to attend company events accompanied by their loved ones. This includes excursions, outdoor activities, and parties.

Other ways we play and relax together include online happy hour meetings, Friday pizza parties, and sporting activities.
