Overview

Hellasgarden is a rental management system designed to streamline the rental process for ski and skating equipment. This comprehensive system allows customers to effortlessly book their equipment online, ensuring that all reservations are prepaid. The platform also enables the company to efficiently manage bookings, track upcoming orders, monitor equipment availability, and generate detailed reports. Guests benefit from the convenience of booking and paying for their rentals online, enhancing their overall experience.

Challenge

The manual tracking of rental equipment proved inefficient and error-prone for the client. Long queues formed as customers waited for their turn to rent equipment, and administrators had to log all transactions in a book. This manual process led to numerous mistakes and significant inconveniences. To address these issues, the client needed a digital equipment rental system to streamline operations and improve accuracy.

Solution

To streamline order management and equipment accounting, we developed a Rental Management System. This system features an intuitive order form allowing clients to select their desired date and time for rentals. Additionally, we integrated an online payment service to facilitate easy and secure transactions.

The implementation of the Rental Management System (RMS) eliminated queues, leading to a 30% increase in customers. Equipment check-in and check-out times were reduced by half due to the streamlined order display within the RMS. Additionally, the number of booked hours increased by 90% per day.

The RMS is accessible on both desktop and mobile platforms, featuring an intuitive manager dashboard for order and time management. This system simplifies monitoring of upcoming and ending orders, significantly easing the manager’s workload. Importantly, it also includes the ability to generate daily and monthly reports with detailed accounting information.
