Overview

IDfree is a platform designed to build targeted advertising campaigns while respecting user privacy. It uses anonymous data, such as demographics and location, to effectively reach your desired audience across multiple channels. Unlike traditional advertising methods that rely on cookies, IDfree complies with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. This ensures efficient and compliant advertising, providing a solution for advertisers in the evolving landscape of online marketing. Additionally, IDfree offers custom data reports based on statistical data from most European countries, allowing for precise and insightful campaign strategies.

Challenge

The primary objective was to manage and process large data sets to calculate targeting data in real-time, within 2-3 seconds. Additionally, we needed to create seamless integrations with multiple marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Marketing, Snapchat, Xandr, Adform and others. This was to ensure the continuous delivery of relevant targeting data while adapting to frequent API changes.

Solution

We developed a product with a distributed infrastructure, ensuring that users' data is stored and processed separately from targeting data. This design allows for high-speed access to results while keeping hosting costs reasonable on AWS.

IDFree enables clients to leverage pre-built audiences from GlobalDataResources or create custom audiences using over 500 different options for each supported country. Clients can preview campaign reports before launching and activate audiences across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Adform, Google Ads, Snapchat and other platforms.
