Our Culture
Go Wombat was founded in Dnipro, Ukraine, in 2015. As the team has grown, it has formed its own culture.
Building a strong team
Wombats are open and attentive to clients and colleagues. We take our work seriously, and we also value family, play and travel.
Workations
Besides team trips to work together in other cities, Go Wombat has held two company-wide workations, where we kept working as usual in good weather and good company.
On the first, in May 2021, 40 employees and their families shared villas on the Adriatic coast of Croatia. The following year we rented four villas in Miami Playa, in the Catalonia region of Spain.
Visiting other offices
Our benefits package lets every employee visit one of our other offices every three months, to meet colleagues in person and see what they are working on.
Company dinners
We celebrate the year's highlights over good food. Go Wombat organises parties in each office for Christmas and New Year and for the company anniversary.
Joint events
Wombats are welcome to bring their families to company events, including excursions, outdoor activities and parties.
We also get together for online happy hours, Friday pizza and sports.
